Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Weekends and federal holidays are not business days.
- Address changes: email us within 60 minutes of ordering and we’ll do our best.
- Peak periods and drops may require an extra 1–2 days.
- Orders with verification flags may require ID confirmation.
Fulfillment & Carriers
We ship from New York using trusted carriers for speed and reliability: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for international shipments.
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO ship via USPS only.
- Signature may be required for orders $400+ or at our discretion.
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
United States Shipping

- Transit times begin once your order has shipped—not when the order is placed.
- Rural addresses may experience an additional 1–2 days in transit.
- Expedited/Express are not available for P.O. Boxes and some APO/FPO addresses.
- Sales tax collected where required by law (e.g., NY).

Services & Timing
We ship worldwide via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or customs inspections can add time.

Duties & Taxes (DDU)
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) unless stated otherwise. Import duties, taxes, and fees are charged by your local customs authority and are the recipient’s responsibility.
- Refusal to pay duties may result in return-to-sender; shipping and fees are non-refundable.
- Your courier or customs office can provide exact amounts due.

Tracking Updates
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after label creation.
- Use the carrier’s site for the most accurate, real-time status.
- Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Notes
If marked delivered but not received, first check with neighbors or your building’s reception. Then contact the carrier to open a trace.
- Email support within 7 days for help escalating with the carrier.
- We are not liable for theft or damage after confirmed delivery, but we’ll assist where possible.
Preorders & Split Shipments
Preorder Items
Preorder ship windows are listed on the product page. Your payment method is charged at checkout to reserve your item. We’ll email updates if timelines change.
Mixed Carts
Orders containing in-stock and preorder items may ship together when all items are ready. If you need in-stock items sooner, place separate orders or contact support to request a split shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost, Stolen, or Returned Shipments
Lost or Stolen
Report within 7 days of the delivery date on the tracking page. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund eligibility is determined case-by-case after the carrier’s resolution.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or unpaid duties, we can reship for an additional fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
